Contract Sales Development Representative – Tech Scale‑Ups (Europe & North America)

Your mission is to discover, qualify, and nurture relationships with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering/Product, helping them see how our expertise can unlock sustainable growth without sacrificing culture or quality.
Responsibilities
Translate our Ideal‑Client Profile into a living, searchable database of prospects using tools such as Crunchbase, PitchBook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data sources.
Continuously enrich and validate the prospect list, adding relevant firmographic and technographic signals that indicate a genuine need for our services.
Participate in key industry conferences and meet‑ups across Europe and North America, gathering high‑quality contacts and initiating conversations that can be turned into qualified leads.
Ensure that all pitch materials, decks, and outreach templates remain cohesive, up‑to‑date, and aligned with our brand voice.
Keep the internal CRM up to date with every new lead, status change, and interaction note (experience with CRM platforms is a plus).
Execute multi‑touch outreach sequences (email and LinkedIn) that secure a first assessment call with senior decision‑makers.
Report weekly on lead volume, qualification metrics, and pipeline health to the founding team.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex value propositions succinctly to C‑level executives.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development for SaaS/technology companies (3 + years preferred).
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable turning qualitative criteria into quantitative filters and scoring leads objectively.
Hands‑on experience with prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g., Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and familiarity with CRM systems (specific names not required).
Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment and consistently meets weekly targets.
Ability to attend and actively engage in conferences and networking events, collecting contacts and qualifying opportunities on-site.
Fluency in English; additional European language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is a plus.
Performance Targets
Produce 20‑25 qualified leads per week (senior prospect who replies positively and schedules a brief 10‑15 min exploratory conversation).
Generate 4‑8 highly qualified leads per week (senior prospect who books a 60 min assessment call).
Maintain a reply rate of ≥ 20 % on initial outreach.
Weekly results will be reviewed; targets may be adjusted quarterly based on market conditions.
